Pickleball Facilitator Instructions

Retrieve keys from lock box 

Turn air down to 66 degrees

Put down chairs.

Put out nets and balls, pvc bleacher blockers

Put paper towels, spray and signs in bathroom

Collect $5.00 from guest and $3.00 from member

At closing put $2.00 for each guest in envelope marked guest

Put remaining money in envelope marked for church (Should be a multiple of 3)

Record amount of money for members and guests on form in front of notebook

Any membership renewals or new member money, place money with form in designated envelope. Record name on form in front of binder

Closing: Thermostat will adjust to programmed temperature. On days that church has something scheduled for the evening or on Saturdays fold chairs up. Place nets and pvc bleacher blockers against far wall. On days they play volleyball in the afternoon place nets so they can get the volleyball stand out. Pick up pickleballs and place in filing cabinet. Pick up paper towels, sprays and signs from restrooms.

If on days church office is closed put notebooks with money envelopes in cabinets. If church office is open take money to church office

Please remember: ONLY- facilitator designated for that day is in charge and should be the only one distributing paddles, unless help is requested from another facilitator

• A facilitator      should only play if it is a small crowd. A designated facilitator should      always be at the desk.
